John Patterson has extensive experience as a project manager in the design of new housing, renovation and historic preservation projects for both state and federal agencies. This includes comprehensive project work for the United States Army and Air Force, as well as regional Housing Authorities. In the past 12 years, John has designed several multifamily housing projects and has provided in-house cost estimating services for the renovation of more than
2,000 units at McChord Air Force Base and Fort Lewis, Washington. John is a trusted resource and constant fixture at Fort Lewis and maintains excellent working relationships with the Corps of Engineers and his government clients.
