SENIOR COST ESTIMATOR / PROJECT DESIGNER

Rick Charbonneau has considerable experience as a project manager and senior cost estimator in the design of new and renovated housing projects for local housing authorities, as well as state and federal agencies. As a certified Pool and Spa Operator by the National Swimming Pool Foundation, he specializes in the design of aquatic and fitness facilities and community centers. For the past 16 years, he has served as our in-house cost estimator on dozens of recreation and aquatics projects. His experience developing contract documents and his cost estimating abilities, combined with his knowledge of the latest technologies available, makes him an invaluable team member.
