FEASIBILITY STUDY

BOTHELL, WASHINGTON

Working closely with the aquatics work team, ORB assisted in narrowing the list of 22 previously identified locations for the facility to five best options. Those five options were then scored on an objective list of criteria that was presented with public input to choose the preferred site.

ORB participated in several interactive project update, discussion, and feedback sessions with key stakeholders, community leaders, and citizens from throughout the PRSA. We presented key background information, hosted a discussion of aquatic trends, and elicited feedback and reaction to the specific facility scope, and conducted a full review of the top five site locations for the multi-use aquatic facility.

Finally, ORB completed initial Capital Cost and Operations estimates for a new multi-use aquatic facility to present to Northshore PRSA.
