FEASIBILITY STUDIES & COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT

The ORB team has accomplished numerous comprehensive needs assessments, building investigation and feasibility studies for municipalities throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and British Columbia. Our team is well-trained in recognizing and identifying troubles in existing structures. In this region, this work most often entails moisture penetration issues. We have years of expertise in this area and have developed innovative problem solving capabilities for a variety of building types.

Often as a related project component, ORB is a crucial team member in working with the client to develop program, space allocations and concept designs. We have successfully collaborated with clients, complex ownership teams and user groups to identify and develop programs, budgets and technical needs — particularly in existing facilities. Studies prepared by ORB may include site investigations, analysis of existing building conditions, evaluation of the program, cost estimating, market analysis and operations assessments.
