HOUSING

ORB is passionate about designing attractive, comfortable and affordable housing for our communities. Throughout the past 20 years, ORB has worked closely with public housing authorities, college and university facility management departments, various branches of the Military, as well as federal, state and municipal agencies. We have conducted major renovations, upgrades, repairs, new home designs and modernization projects for more than 70 multifamily and senior housing facilities.

A large number of these new housing designs and renovation projects were for affordable housing communities, designed to either HUD affordable housing standards or HUD public housing modernization standards (Handbook 7485.2). Of the 17 student housing projects which we have accomplished for colleges and universities, all included units for both single and married students and all were designed to HUD affordable housing standards.
